Original oil painting from France: An impressionist painting on wood made by Paul  Sébilleau (1847-1907). The surface of the panel is smooth and gives off a beautiful natural light. This landscape presents the view of a bridge and the surrounding reliefs. The palette reflects authentic colors with a shaded sky in light dawn colors.
About the artist: Paul Sébilleau is part of the class of Bordeaux landscape painters who were influenced by Corot and Courbet. The Gironde, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, and the Dordogne were his favorite subjects. Sébilleau exhibited in Parisian salons, Bordeaux and in the USA.
