Le Chemin
20th-century French School oil on wood panel signed René Frédéric Ricard in the lower left (born in 1889). The work is smooth to the touch.
A forest view with light distributed authentically over brush and unpaved road. The finesse of the brushstrokes amplifies the realism and depth of this landscape.
